This role sits at the forefront of building next-generation AI-powered observability and telemetry solutions. You will help shape how search, analytics, and insights are delivered across massive-scale data environments used by leading global enterprises. Working in a remote-first, highly collaborative engineering culture, you will partner closely with product, design, and engineering peers to bring cutting-edge Generative AI capabilities into production. The role blends backend, frontend, and AI engineering, with a strong focus on LLM integration and real-world customer impact. You will contribute directly to defining how AI is embedded into core platform experiences. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence both technical architecture and end-user experience in a rapidly evolving AI infrastructure space.

• Work with product and engineering teams to prototype, design, and experiment with new AI-driven features across observability and analytics workflows
• Build and integrate backend and frontend components while working directly with LLMs, ML models, and AI services to deliver production-ready features
• Productionize and maintain AI-powered capabilities within core platform systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and customer value
• Apply prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and inference optimization techniques to improve AI performance and usability
• Stay current with emerging AI, LLM, and machine learning trends and translate them into practical product improvements
• Participate in on-call rotations and support production systems as needed to ensure high availability and performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs

Requirements:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or in building AI-enabled production systems at scale
• Strong full-stack engineering skills, including experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js or React
• Hands-on experience with machine learning workflows and MLOps practices in production environments
• Experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI model integration is highly desirable
• Ability to debug and solve complex technical problems across backend, frontend, and ML systems
• Strong product intuition and experience contributing to systems with meaningful user adoption or scale
• Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with ambiguous requirements and evolving priorities
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
