We think creatively, we like a challenge and draw inspiration from each other. As a Sr. Software Quality Engineer, you will automate End to End User Acceptance Testing business-critical applications. You will have the opportunity to build an automation framework and should have a passion to automate repetitive tasks.

Essential Job Functions:

• Create and maintain automation testing frameworks to support high value quality outcomes.
• Demonstrate solid knowledge of Quality Assurance/ Quality Engineering processes, standards and best practices.
• Develop automated UAT test scripts. 
• Maintain a robust test automation framework while creating, executing, and maintaining test automation scripts, ensuring adequate test coverage throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to determine automated testing approach and strategy.
• Assist in API Testing with our clients.
• Ensure quality releases are delivered to our clients and assist the team during releases. 
• Support non- functional testing such as Load/Performance and Security Tests.
• Support continuous integration and continuous deployment workflows.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable discipline, advanced degree is a plus.
• Over 5 years of experience working in quality assurance and quality engineering.
• Over 3 years of experience working in the healthcare industry.
• Experience developing automated tests for front-end and back-end applications.
• Experience creating, implementing and running automated functional and performance tests.
• Working with the claims systems is a big plus.
• Continuous effort in optimizing Regression and User Acceptance Scripts.
• Knowledge of Python or another high-level language.
• Strong experience with SQL.
• Basic familiarity with UNIX/Linux.
• Experience with automated tools such as Selenium. 
• Experience with test case management tools such as Zephyr or Xray.
• Experience with AWS.
• Familiarity with general CI/CD principles and CI systems (Jenkins).
• Experience working in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
• Ability to work within an early-stage, high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Good interpersonal communication skills with ability to work with other team members.
