Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design:

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance architecture for Generative AI solutions.
• Ensure alignment of AI solutions with business goals and technical requirements.

• Own the development and deployment of Generative AI solutions.
• Collaborate with Gen AI Center of Excellence team to integrate AI solutions into business applications.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Gen AI technology and incorporate them into solutions.

• Work closely with Business Analyst to understand requirements and tailor Gen AI solutions accordingly.
• Present technical solutions to partners, ensuring clear communication of benefits and features.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (3+ years) in AI/ML and Data Engineering (5+) with a focus on Generative AI technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Knowledge of data architectures for Gen AI including ingestion, storage, and processing
• Data pipeline development tools and methods
• Knowledge of large-scale data processing with frameworks like SPARK/KAFKA
• Proven record of designing and deploying large-scale AI solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate sophisticated technical concepts to non-technical partners.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

• Experience in developing Gen AI, AI/ML solutions for bio-technology companies.
