Position Summary
The candidate should have 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, security, and administration using the Deltek products Costpoint, TipQA, Time and Expense, and Cognos. Diverse background in the areas of information technology, accounting, project management, and cost accounting. Forward looking, strategic thinker with demonstrated successes in supply chain and operations, providing direction and leadership. Take direction from the business customers, successfully implement strategies and tactical solutions to achieve corporate objectives. Highly focused with a track record of delivering cost effective solutions to problems, reducing costs, while following SOX and Change Management procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL
• Maximize the value of information provided to all levels of the organization by using various programs including Power BI, Excel, SQL, etc., to develop custom queries, dashboards and reports as requested.
• Support 3rd-Party Costpoint implementation partner in documenting existing and future business processes. Assist with the design and configuration in the Development, Test and Production environments.
• Provide after-go-live support through troubleshooting, participating in upgrades, training and help desk support for key business and reporting systems. Configure and monitor job queues, workflows, and various approval paths. Work with external vendors as needed to support and/or improve applications and ensure that the organization is fully utilizing application functionality.
• Support interfaces of various systems
• Document help desk incident information. Maintain documentation and security information on processes, development projects and reports.
• Develop methods for implementing new products and customizations to existing applications, ensuring thorough testing and user acceptance is done prior to implementation.
• Maintain and document security configuration, including permissions, user groups, and profiles for key business and reporting systems. Schedule periodic internal reviews with management and provide audit reports upon request.
SPECIALTIES REQUIRED
• Deltek Costpoint, Cognos, Time and Expense, Cobra, P-SQL, System Implementations, Business Process Engineering, Costpoint Security, Training, Report Writing. Integrating Costpoint with other systems such as PeopleSoft or other ERP related applications.
• Solid knowledge in Costpoint infrastructure support.
• Good understanding of systems and networks.
• The candidate is expected have working knowledge on the most current versions of Costpoint, Time and Expense, Cobra, and Cognos.

Qualifications
REQUIRED
• Bachelor's degree in management information systems or a Business-Related field
• 5 years Costpoint, Tip Technologies, and Cognos experience

Additional Information
This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
