This role is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned solutions architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced IT Asset Management (ITAM) systems using ServiceNow. You will play a critical role in shaping scalable, end-to-end solutions that optimize asset lifecycle management, compliance, and operational efficiency. Working in a highly collaborative and innovation-driven environment, you will partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into technical architectures. The position combines strategic oversight with hands-on configuration and integration work across modern IT ecosystems. Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into scalable ITAM solution architectures using ServiceNow SAM and HAM modules.
  • Design and implement end-to-end ITAM solutions covering software and hardware asset lifecycles, including procurement, deployment, compliance, and disposal.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including workflows, dashboards, reports, and data models, to meet organizational needs.
  • Work closely with developers, administrators, and IT teams to integrate ITAM solutions within existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Provide technical leadership and support throughout implementation, resolving issues and ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Assess current ITAM processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and increased efficiency.
  • Monitor system performance, analyze key metrics, and deliver insights for continuous optimization and cost control.
  • Collaborate with vendors and software publishers to optimize licensing strategies and ensure compliance.
  • Deliver training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives to promote best practices and effective system usage.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional or military experience.
    • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect with a strong focus on IT Asset Management and ServiceNow SAM/HAM implementations.
    • In-depth knowledge of ITAM principles, asset lifecycle management, licensing models, and compliance standards.
    • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration, configuration, and customization.
    • Experience designing and deploying end-to-end ITAM solutions, including integrations with enterprise systems.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
    • Project management capabilities with experience managing timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
    • Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow SAM/HAM or ITIL are highly desirable.
