Sr Specialist, Customer Visits and Employee Events

What you will do:

• Actively own and manage the customer showroom.
• Always ensuring readiness for customer visits in partnership with Facilities, Creative Dining, EH&S, Security and Marketing Teams.
• Lead communication to key stakeholders regarding customer visits.
• Manage customer showroom calendar.
• Establish relationships with immediate team and internal customers to provide a collaborative approach to the successful planning and implementation of all events and programs.
• Demonstrated financial acumen to manage budget and execution of events most effectively.
• Play a key role on the Kalamazoo-based engagement committee.
• Support other team members in the execution of events and programs.
• Acts in the best interest of Stryker, reflecting the values of teamwork, collaboration, and mutual respect.

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience required
• 4+ years' work experience in meeting, conference, or special event planning required
• Execution-oriented, self-starter and self-navigator who can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to balance demands of multiple projects within expected deadlines.
• Expertise in Marketo, SharePoint 365, MS Office, Zoom, Teams
