Job Description
Are you passionate about creating seamless, efficient operations through integrated solutions? As a Senior Specialist in Integrated Solutions & Optimization at ALSAC, you’ll play an important role in managing print production and logistics execution for our Direct Marketing efforts. Your expertise will drive fundraising initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and brand integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify, select, and oversee print production and procurement projects.
- Secure print procurement and fulfillment resources for high-volume, complex campaigns.
End-to-End Project Leadership:
- Lead production projects, ensuring materials and services meet direct response standards for quality and accuracy.
- Develop and communicate project requirements, workflow protocols, and timelines across campaigns.
Financial Analysis and Efficiency:
- Provide pricing analysis against budget projections, partnering with FP&A for expense reporting.
- Continuously evaluate expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Consultative Expertise:
- Advise internal teams on direct mail production projects, considering supplier capabilities and optimal design layout.
- Review color and print proofs, laser signoffs, and project timelines.
Problem-Solving and Metrics Tracking:
- Anticipate and resolve potential scheduling or financial challenges.
- Track supplier performance metrics, including mail volume and delivery.
- Support quarterly pricing review sessions and monitor premium fulfillment processes.
Quality Assurance:
- Attend press checks to ensure print and brand standards meet expectations.
Impactful Representation:
- Contribute to St. Jude’s fundraising efforts by reflecting positively on the hospital and our organization.
Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of direct marketing best practices.
- Experience in emerging marketing platforms (direct mail, digital, social, mobile).
- Strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to understand complex instructions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years).
