The Senior Project Specialists is a great opportunity to join the People Team at Gulfstream. In this role, you will be critical in project execution that aligns to our strategic priorities and improves the experience for all employees. Human Resources knowledge and experience is preferred, but not required. Strong project management experience required.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 6 years project/program management experience or related HR experience.

Position Purpose:

Responsible for program management execution of high-impact transformational programs and projects within the People team. Through coaching, influencing and leading cross-functional teams this role enables the successful development of employee-centric program solutions using Agile and other delivery methodologies. The senior specialist, people programs is responsible for executing on project initiatives by driving and delivering innovative and creative program solutions to our stakeholders and customers.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

1. Project manage enterprise-wide projects, programs, and initiatives to ensure successful execution and delivery.
2. Manage and track programs process by identifying and tracking program scope, schedule and cost. Provide thought leadership to the creation of project and program plans and facilitates key meetings.
3. Foster a culture of open/honest communication, transparency, and accountability within program teams.
4. Ability to lead multiple projects through lifecycle to deliver innovative solutions while meeting deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
5. Utilize experience and understanding of business processes to ensure solutions are well thought through in delivering cross-functional value to stakeholders and customers
6. Maintain project management best practices to include thorough documentation, capture lessons learned, and effective knowledge management

Additional Functions:

1. Develops and maintains effective working relationships across the organization
2. Strong internal and external customer service focus. The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

1. Experience with project management tools i.e. RACI, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, etc. preferred.
2. Ability to work in agile environment and possess creative solutioning skills.
3. Strong analytical skills - able to collect (data min), organize, analyze, and disseminate a significant amount of highly sensitive and confidential information
