What you get to do: • Own and evolve a complex Terraform-based infrastructure, originally built by a single architect • Partner closely with internal DevOps and Engineering leads to learn, stabilize, and scale existing systems • Manage deployments and automation within an AWS ecosystem, including EKS, Lambda, EC2, and RDS • Champion best practices for site reliability, performance monitoring, and security compliance • Drive CI/CD improvements with Jenkins and GitHub • Implement and maintain observability tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, or PagerDuty • Create detailed documentation, runbooks, and process automation scripts (Bash/Linux) • Ensure system and infrastructure compliance with industry frameworks such as SOC 2 Type 2 • Serve as a key player in integrating infrastructure from multiple acquired companies into a unified platform What you need to succeed: • Expert-level Terraform experienceand deep understanding of infrastructure-as-code • Strong AWS experience (CloudFormation, IAM, VPC, ECS/EKS, CloudTrail, etc.) • Proficiency in Kubernetes architecture and management (preferably EKS) • Advanced scripting in Bash/Linux and automation of infrastructure provisioning • Hands-on CI/CD pipeline experience (preferably Jenkins) • Proven success operating in complex, fast-evolving environments with minimal oversight • Self-starter with the initiative to dig into undocumented systems and learn quickly • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally • Familiarity with compliance and security standards in a cloud-first environment • Experience with system monitoring, incident response, and high-availability systems Bonus Perks: As a valuable new member of the team, you will have access to our company’s extensive client list, the support of a tenured team, and the opportunity to enroll in a variety of health benefit plans.
