Responsibilities:

  • Performs critical tasks to support PLM Operations, including but not limited to engineering Change Records (CRs) and Change Notifications in Team Center
  • Represent Product Life Cycle Management in Project Core Teams to provide support and guidance into manufacturing, quality, Research, Commercial, Facilities, and incorporate new designs into Team Center PLM design
  • Sustain monthly and quarterly PLM Release cycles to support end user training, documenting SOPs, Work Instructions and collaborate with GIS to develop/ test/ deploy and stabilize solution
  • Provide support to PLM user groups with functional expertise related to Team Center usage and data lifecycle in order to meet production and quality goals
  • Identify and implement process improvements in the PLM and boundary systems e.g., SAP, MES, QMS, LIMS etc.
  • Define and develop future PLM requirements, process design for projects working directly with project owners and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement changes to PLM Processes using good manufacturing practice change control procedures
  • Develop work instructions and required documentation for PLM
  • Collect and maintain detailed and accurate records for the device history and configuration files for all processes supported in PLM
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans and schedules for team members, provide status reports and make presentations to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record in PLM space implementing and operationalizing Enterprise Solutions
  • End-to-End Process knowledge and experience related to Product Lifecycle Management
  • Candidate must be able to effectively work in a team setup, interface well with the Global Operations organization, and have a proven track record of cross-functional communication and collaboration
  • Hands-on experience in a techno-functional role supporting engineers, technicians and assemblers in a manufacturing environment
  • Effective interpersonal skills and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills: Written, Oral and Listening
  • Demonstrated use and understanding of PLM, ERP
  • Extensive work experience in the Life Sciences or Biotech Industry preferred
