JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior TA Lead is strategic and result-oriented talent acquisition professional and will spearhead critical recruitment initiatives across Europe. You will lead a team of corporate recruiters while actively participating in the recruitment process, partnering with leaders to understand talent needs and building pipelines for current and future roles. This role requires long-term thinking, organizational design expertise, and the ability to proactively address talent gaps by sourcing and placing top talent across the organization.

Job Description 

  • Team Management & Development
    • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, Europe-based recruitment team responsible for full life-cycle corporate recruitment (LMPC).
    • Foster a collaborative environment that promotes efficiency, innovation, and accountability within the recruiting team.
    • Balance the workload across team members, providing guidance and creative solutions for prioritizing requisitions.
  • Strategic Recruitment Execution
    • Own the full recruitment process from start to finish for corporate and support retail business units, ensuring a seamless, consistent experience across all countries.
    • Manage senior-level roles and hard-to-recruit positions, proactively building pipelines and partnering with recruitment agencies where necessary.
    • Leverage employer value proposition (EVP) to attract and hire top talent
    • Analyze country-specific talent pools to optimize hiring based on skills, proximity to business needs, and cost efficiency.
    • Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent and ensure the right candidates are in place to meet both current and future organizational needs.
    • Incorporate organizational design and competency gap analysis as part of the recruitment strategy, ensuring talent acquisition plans align with evolving business needs.
    • Partner with Hiring Managers to update job descriptions and recruitment strategies as roles shift or talent exits, ensuring the right skills and competencies are being targeted to fill emerging gaps.
    • Conduct initial screenings and manage interview processes for assigned requisitions.
  • Driving Accountability
    • Ensure the delivery of an exceptional end-to-end recruitment process, leveraging best practices, tools, and sourcing strategies for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
    • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics quarterly to assess team performance and the effectiveness of recruiting strategies.
    • Provide leadership with key performance insights, tracking progress against hiring milestones and overall recruitment goals.
    • Continuously improve the new hire experience to ensure effective cultural integration.
    • Work with the team to improve the handoff process between new hires and Hiring Managers, ensuring a smooth transition and enhancing the new hire experience.
    • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives, aligning recruitment efforts with the company’s enterprise DE&I strategy.
  • Strategic Collaboration & Organizational Design
    • Create a comprehensive onboarding program for all new hires across Europe to ensure effectiveness and consistency, adding value to the new hire experience.
    • Collaborate with retail and corporate teams to support career paths, integrating talent across both areas to develop versatile, well-rounded employees who can contribute to various aspects of the business.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to support business goals.
    • Develop a purposeful internship program to address short-term needs, provide meaningful experiential opportunities, while building long-term talent pipelines.
    • Stay current on industry trends and best practices, proactively recommending and implementing improvements in talent acquisition strategies.

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Recruiting Strategies: Ensure recruiters successfully close roles to support business objectives. 
  • Sourcing Strategies: Ensure execution against strategic sourcing opportunities to develop our diverse, and early career pipeline, and continue to build the Levi employer brand. 
  • Country HRBP - maintain strong relationship with Country HRBP’s to stay abreast of upcoming needs and ensure seamless and effective offer process. 
  • Global HRBP’s – maintain strong relationship with Global HRBP’s to align on recruiting and sourcing strategies. 
  • GTM Operations – collaborate on enhancements, best practices, tools, and driving accountability with HR stakeholders. 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate recruiting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent across diverse roles and industries.
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence Hiring Managers in assessing talent to the requirements of the role, team, and business goals.
  • Proficiency in recruiting technologies and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret recruitment metrics.
