SUMMARY OF JOB

As a Sr Specialist, Tableau BI Reporting, you will be in charge of delivering Tableau dashboards to illustrate the Marketing channels and programs performance.

Your focus will be in empowering teams with dashboard solutions that enables them to analyze the impact of their programs, channels and various activities.

As the expert of data visualization on Tableau, you will design, launch and maintain a series of dashboards thought around marketing performance.

You will contribute in educating the marketing groups to build a data-driven and performance mindset.

A large component of the role will be around understanding the activities/programs/channels and their impact, the associated data and the people driving those initiatives.

In short, the role involves in-depth Tableau development, including integrating various data sources and designing complex dashboards that support business decision making

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand the challenges of internal marketing and sales stakeholders, propose Tableau dashboards that enable to visualize the KPIs and their evolution
• Develop reports, queries, and dashboards on Tableau that access and consolidate information from a variety of data sources. Design, deliver and maintain Tableau dashboards that illustrate the performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns designed for lead acquisition, sales funnel progression and ultimately revenue generation.
• Validate data integrity and ensure sanity across dashboards
• Monitor performance and report to the key stakeholders
• Propose opportunities to optimize data visualization solutions
• Collaborate with data engineering and digital marketing specialists to embed necessary tracking in user flows and coordinate ingestion of new data sources
• Build presentations to communicate key performance take-aways in a concise, easy to understand manner for stakeholders

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience building Marketing, Sales or Finance dashboards, using Tableau software
• Owning a Tableau certification is a big plus
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Tableau and DW ecosystem concepts.
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent coordination and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple inputs and to organize data effectively
• Analytical mindset and capability of finding efficient solutions independently.
• Proven experience in reading and illustrating performance data
• Data-minded and results-focused with experience in measuring impact
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and storytelling.
• Capable of sharing complex insights in a clear and simple language
