This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner based in Canada.

This role is a key strategic hiring partner supporting a high-growth organization operating in a fast-evolving energy sector. You will own end-to-end recruitment for critical and complex roles that directly enable business expansion and operational success. Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership, you will shape hiring strategies, define success profiles, and influence workforce planning decisions. The environment is dynamic and performance-driven, requiring strong agility and sound judgment in talent evaluation. You will build proactive talent pipelines for both current and emerging skill needs in a competitive market. This position has a direct impact on the organization’s ability to scale and deliver on its long-term growth and sustainability goals.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment including intake sessions, sourcing strategies, screening, interviews, and offer management.
  • Partner with business leaders to define role requirements, success profiles, and strategic hiring plans aligned with growth priorities.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill, technical, and emerging capability roles.
  • Provide expert guidance on talent market trends, compensation positioning, and competitive hiring strategies.
  • Conduct structured assessments and deliver clear, data-informed hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure a high-quality, consistent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Drive continuous improvement in hiring processes to enhance speed, quality, and consistency of outcomes.
  • Requirements:

    • 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within energy, infrastructure, industrial, or technical environments.
    • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate as a strategic talent advisor.
    • Strong sourcing expertise with demonstrated success in building pipelines for specialized roles.
    • Excellent judgment in assessing technical, commercial, and leadership talent.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
    • Experience using ATS platforms such as Workday or similar systems.
    • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consultative skills.
