We have an exciting new opening for a Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist. As the Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for end to end recruitment process for roles in our U.S locations with focus on engineering and corporate staffs positions. Manages recruitment campaigns, working directly with hiring leaders to understand the requirements, and decides on the appropriate sourcing solution. Uses data-based evidence to address hiring manager expectations about the labor market and recruiting process. Ensures quality and approves job postings and adverts. Creates shortlists of candidates and conducts interviews and assessments with hiring manager. Concludes the selection process with the manager and the candidate, including offer negotiations and closing the vacancy once the job offer is accepted. Effectively partners with the team to ensure all administration and coordination with candidates/hiring managers run smoothly and efficiently (job posting, candidate scheduling, job offer processing, reference checks, etc.).

Your responsibilities
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process for our positions and partner with leaders and hiring teams on getting new colleagues onboard
  • Third party management: Liaises with recruitment firms for specific positions as required, ensuring that they have been provided with appropriate job briefs, and are fulfilling the requirements.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract the best industry talent
  • Build strategic pipelines for niche roles and maintain a network of prospects through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Support University candidate attraction strategies and drive the talent mobility process
  • Propose continuous improvement ideas within the Talent Acquisition CoE organization and support ongoing initiatives
  • Support organizing company's participation to various external hiring events and diversity initiatives

Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree with at 5+years' professional HR experience in a high performing global organization, or an RPO (or similar) company
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience with full lifecycle recruiting including job brief, developing sourcing/marketing plan, candidate outreach and development, offer and close.
  • Proven track record in recruitment ideally with focus on technical / engineering roles
  • Experience managing full lifecycle recruitment involving multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with sourcing passive candidates by using creative means
  • Good ability of developing sourcing strategies within organization and negotiating stakeholders' expectations according to market potential
  • Self-driven, resilient, energetic, enthusiastic, and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
