The Senior Talent Management Specialist will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of organizational talent programs and initiatives. Specifically, this role dives cross-functional partnership in delivering CDW's Talent Management practices Key Areas of Responsibility
* Manage organizational talent projects that may be large, complex, and/or highly visible
* Design, implement, and manage the talent review process to identify high-potential coworkers and key talent.
* Collaborate with the Business Partner team to develop and maintain success profiles and succession plans for critical roles.
* Aggregate and analyze talent data to surface insights for senior leadership review, discussion, and visibility.
* Collaborate with VP and Director of Talent Management to develop and execute a comprehensive talent strategy aligned with business goals.
* Identify and partner with other COEs to implement best practices for talent development and retention.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
* Act as a thought leader throughout TRP and other key talent initiatives,, staying apprised of industry best practices
* Ensure alignment between performance management and talent review processes.
* Partner with CWS Solutions and Technology teams to ensure all programs are effectively tech-enabled, consult on Workday system enhancements and system capabilities. Other Responsibilities
* Talent projects as assigned Education and/or Experience Qualifications
* Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience in Human Resources OR designing and implementing division or company-wide talent programs
* OR 9 years of experience in Human Resources OR designing and implementing division or company-wide talent programs Required Qualifications
* Demonstrated project management skills
* Demonstrated ability to operationalize and scale a business process
* Demonstrated ability to analyze, compile and present data to convey an idea and recommendations
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines with incredible attention to detail
* Demonstrated ability to work independently with little direction
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with and present to stakeholders at all levels
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
