Sr Talent Manager

Job Description

Provide consultative support to HR and business leaders on organization assessment and design, change management, talent management and leadership development. You will be a key member to drive and develop the alignment of organizational processes, systems and culture. Work on a variety of strategic projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Utilize your creativity to deliver talent management processes, tools and resources to develop top talent. Build a performance culture by developing leaders and talent who understand how to drive top tier results. Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Human Resources organization.

JOB DUTIES:

• Drive critical initiatives.
• Improve processes.
• Influence and develop leaders.
• Develop talent programs.
• Facilitate change.
• Assess talent.
• Manage talent systems.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or similar field.
• Experience in talent management.
• Ability to think, act and deploy strategies with key leaders through effective communication and collaboration skills.
