Sr Technical Consultant

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr Technical Consultant in India.

This role is focused on designing and delivering advanced technical solutions that enable enterprise customers to fully leverage a modern cloud content and security platform. You will act as a key technical advisor, guiding clients through complex integrations, architecture design, and implementation of scalable solutions. The position involves working closely with engineering, product, and customer stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical architectures. You will contribute to API-based integrations, workflow automation, and AI-augmented solutions that enhance data security and content intelligence. This is a highly client-facing role requiring both deep technical expertise and strong communication skills. You will also play a critical role in shaping customer success through pre-sales engagement, solution design, and post-deployment optimization in a fast-paced enterprise SaaS environment.

• Lead end-to-end technical solution design and implementation for enterprise customer deployments
• Gather requirements and translate them into scalable architecture involving APIs, integrations, and workflow automation
• Develop and support custom integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and modern authentication protocols
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows leveraging LLM APIs and intelligent content processing techniques
• Serve as the primary technical advisor for customer IT and engineering teams on architecture and integration topics
• Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and support teams to resolve technical challenges and improve platform capabilities
• Participate in pre-sales activities including solution scoping, proof-of-concept development, and technical demonstrations
• Manage multiple concurrent customer projects while ensuring high-quality delivery and documentation
• Provide technical guidance, best practices, and mentorship within the consulting and delivery teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of technical experience, including at least 2+ years in customer-facing roles such as technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integration delivery
• Strong background in enterprise SaaS implementations or platform integration projects
• Experience designing and building integrations using REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, SAML/SSO, SCIM, and event-driven architectures
• Hands-on programming experience in Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar languages
• Experience with AI/LLM technologies such as OpenAI, Azure AI, Anthropic, or RAG-based systems
• Familiarity with iPaaS tools such as Workato, Zapier, Power Automate, or Make
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong understanding of JSON/XML data modeling and webhook-based architectures
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern software development toolchains
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
• Exposure to enterprise content management or document platforms is a plus
• Experience in pre-sales activities including POCs, scoping, and technical demos is highly desirable
