Sr Technical Consultant

This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, solution architecture, and customer-facing consulting, driving end-to-end technical implementations for enterprise clients. You will design and deliver scalable integrations, APIs, and AI-enabled workflows that help organizations unlock the full value of a modern content platform. Working closely with engineering, product, and customer IT teams, you will translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions. The environment is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on solving real-world enterprise challenges. You will also contribute to pre-sales activities, proof-of-concept design, and architecture discussions that shape successful deployments. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on development while also influencing solution strategy and customer outcomes.

In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and delivery of complex technical solutions for enterprise customers, ensuring successful adoption and integration of the platform. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, working closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable architectures and workflows. You will also contribute to presales efforts, implementation planning, and post-deployment success.

• Design and architect end-to-end solutions including API integrations, authentication flows, and AI-enabled content workflows
• Lead full implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment, testing, and documentation
• Develop custom integrations using REST APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and automation/iPaaS tools
• Implement AI/LLM-driven workflows and intelligent automation using modern AI services
• Serve as primary technical liaison for customer engineering and IT teams, ensuring alignment on architecture and security
• Support pre-sales activities including scoping, POC design, and technical demonstrations
• Coordinate with internal engineering, product, and support teams to resolve issues and enhance platform capabilities
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality, timelines, and clear communication

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong software engineering expertise combined with customer-facing consulting experience in enterprise environments. You should be comfortable designing scalable integrations, working with APIs and cloud platforms, and communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• 5+ years of technical experience, including 2+ years in customer-facing roles (solutions engineering, technical consulting, or integration delivery)
• Strong experience with enterprise SaaS implementations and integration projects
• Proficiency in APIs, REST architecture, OAuth 2.0, SAML/SSO, SCIM, and event-driven systems
• Hands-on programming experience in Python, JavaScript, SQL, Bash, or PowerShell
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI) and RAG-based architectures
• Exposure to iPaaS tools such as Workato, Power Automate, Zapier, or Make
• Understanding of JSON/XML data modeling, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development toolchains
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage senior technical and business stakeholders
• Experience with pre-sales activities such as POCs, scoping, and solution demos is a plus
