Job Summary :

Review source code and database tables, business requirements, engineering specifications, end-user interfaces, and reported issues from internal and external customers to write technical content covering the full stack.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and understand supporting materials.
• Serve as the subject matter expert to write and validate the first draft of content with product and software engineering peers.
• Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
• Understand and comply with Risk Management program requirements including identification of risks, key controls, and control testing as applicable to responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Journalism, Linguistics, or related field, or equivalent experience

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed for the job:

• Understanding of full stack layers including coding ability on 1 language
• Understanding of cloud computing types (public, private, hybrid, and multi) and services (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS) and potential effect on documentation requirements.
• Understanding of cloud computing dependent technologies including operating systems, databases, and APIs.
• 3+ years' experience
  • Working in a content management system
  • Writing simple, clear content for end-users
  • Applying predefined editorial and quality standards

Work Environment:

• Office work environment
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Ability to produce and present content both orally and in writing
• No travel required
