The Senior Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading project development
and deployment of rotating equipment, including both reciprocating and turbine gas fired generators that power modular data centers in the oil and gas fields.
Leveraging your engineering background and technical development experience you will oversee all aspects of projects including defining scope details, develop and track budgets and schedules, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing progress, reporting to upper management, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and partners to ensure all aspects of each project are completed to plan.
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project scope and deployment of rotating and electrical equipment for the company at field locations throughout the United States and internationally, as needed
• Responsible for rotating equipment, including both reciprocating and turbine gas fired generators that power modular data centers in the oil and gas field
• Responsible for electrical equipment, including transformers, high voltage wiring, and computing
• Assist in and lead the technical and business definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Assist in the development and refinement of Crusoe's project management processes and procedures
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
• Establish, manage, and maintain relationships with internal and third parties/vendors
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (technical education preferred) and 10+ years of experience in the field leading projects ideally in the energy sector or other industrial environments
• A proven ability to lead and direct the work of other team members
• A proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven working experience in project management
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Exceptional project management, analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and influence peers

Compensation Range:

• Compensation will be paid in the range of $130-$160K. RSUs are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
