Description

The Sr. Technical Support Engineer supports customers with timekeeping and HR/Payroll systems in payroll-related functions, including payroll processing, payroll reporting, tax compliance, tax returns, and benefits configurations. The Sr. Technical Support Engineer provides excellent customer service and provides technical support to field engineers and product support personnel who are diagnosing and troubleshooting HRMS systems issues. Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. May be involved in customer implementation and training. Provides support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature. Diagnoses software and systems failures using established procedures. Performs maintenance, testing and software configurations using best practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or related area.

- 3 + years of experience in HRMS applications

- Knowledge in Microsoft Office

- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish languages

- Willing to work flexible hours
