Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager for the People Tech team. You'll work alongside other HRIS Analysts and Architects, all self-starters who are interested in solving complex real-world problems and enabling a business that is making global commerce more efficient. This TPM should be able to work across technical applications, primarily Workday, and will also work closely with cross-functional teams such as IT, Business Technology, and Finance to ensure that Workday and all our People Tech systems are compliant, as well as implemented and integrated effectively.

You Will:- Manage the People Tech roadmap in partnership with the HRIS leadership team, ensuring that the roadmap is aligned with the organization's business objectives.
- Provide transparency and communication to key stakeholders about program status, risks, and changes in plans.
- Program management complex technical projects related to Workday or HRIS implementation (such as new feature releases, system configuration, data migration, and integration with other systems), ensuring releases have been vetted and tested by functional owners.
- Collaborate with IT, People Business Partners, Finance, and leaders across the org to define requirements and business processes related to the Workday or HRIS system.
- Proactively identify and remove blockers for the product and engineering teams, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to Workday or HRIS implementation and maintenance, including access control and security practices (building out our SOX controls with the compliance team, for example).
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to Workday or HRIS implementation and maintenance.
- Understand the technical architecture of our People Tech software and analyze data to identify root causes of problems, and partner closely with engineers to resolve technical impediments
- Geek out on People Tech software.
- 4+ years of technical program management or equivalent experiences, including management of large-scale programs.
- Strong understanding of software product development and software architecture concepts, especially with third party software implementations (such as Workday).Â
- A strong track record of delivering results into production for your customers.Â
- Ability to effectively manage ambiguity and competing priorities to help teams prioritize and focus.
- Ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done; a strong owner where no task is beneath you.
- A data and metrics-driven mindset.
- Strength in project/program planning, organization, and time management.
- ​Exceptional technical aptitude and strong desire for learning new technologies and solution architectures.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in supply chains, global logistics, finance, or the measurement and optimization of software systems and development processes is preferred but not required.
