This is a high-performance marketing role designed for exceptional T-shaped marketers who combine broad, systems-level understanding of digital marketing with elite-level expertise in one core discipline. The role focuses on building and optimizing full-funnel marketing systems that drive measurable business outcomes such as ROAS, CAC, and conversion rate improvement. You will leverage AI, automation, and data-driven experimentation to scale marketing performance across multiple channels. Acting as both strategist and executor, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while owning high-impact initiatives end to end. Accountabilities:
- Build and optimize full-funnel, multi-channel marketing systems designed to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention performance
- Lead performance marketing strategy with a strong focus on key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, CPL, and conversion rate optimization
- Develop and execute AI-driven automation workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and marketing output quality
- Drive continuous A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-informed decision-making across campaigns and channels
- Execute high-level work within your area of specialization (copywriting, funnel building, design, media buying, or video editing)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader marketing initiatives and ensure alignment on growth objectives
- Present performance insights, strategic recommendations, and optimization opportunities to leadership and clients
- Contribute to mentoring peers and improving overall team performance through knowledge sharing and best practices
- 3–8+ years of experience in digital marketing with strong expertise in at least one specialized discipline (copywriting, funnels, design, media buying, or video editing)
- Broad understanding of the full marketing stack, including funnels, creative, analytics, automation, and performance marketing
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-performance environments with tight deadlines and high accountability
- Experience building or optimizing performance-driven campaigns and conversion-focused assets
- Strong familiarity with AI tools and automation workflows, with an interest in leveraging technology to improve efficiency
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and persuasively
- High level of ownership, resilience under pressure, and strong execution discipline
