SVP, Enterprise Sales and Solutions

Job Summary

Responsible for leading sales engagements to advance opportunities from origination to close. They Identify opportunities and define sales strategy to expand BetaNXT footprint and drive revenue grow and engage with business and product on product strategy / development required to respond to client needs

Job Responsibilities

Sales Engagement

  • Responsible for Overall Sales Engagement
    1. Prospecting and defining target firms for BetaNXT Solutions
    2. Identifying potential clients and sales opportunities
    3. Qualifying sales opportunities and building relationships with key senior level contacts
    4. Orchestrate BetaNXT engagement with prospects and clients through initial client discussions and sales presentations, onsite SME meetings, pricing proposals, contract negotiation/execution and transition to implementation stage
  • Responsible for defining and managing Sales and Marketing Plan to create awareness and drive demand for BetaNXT Solutions
  • Responsible for managing Sales Pipeline - Track sales opportunities and activity, timely reporting on sales stage progress and health of engagement
  • Effectively manage all resources available at BetaNXT, from individual SME's to senior leadership to engage with prospects & clients to drive deals to close
  • Management of a team of sales executives

Job Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar degree programs, required
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or similar degree programs, preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in sales, business development or account management
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on the team.
  • Has demonstrated leadership experience in large sales organizations, including experience building and developing a team
  • Has deep knowledge of industry, customers, revenue drivers.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time for client meetings, corporate meetings and industry events. Possess a valid driver's license.

  • Excellent academic qualifications, preferably with a degree in analytical or business-related field or equivalent work experience

Compensation Information

  • Generous package with base salary between 150,000 and 200,000 USD, commission, benefits and time off allowances.
