Sr. .NET Developer 4692

As a Sr. .NET Engineer, you’ll design and develop new applications as well as enhance existing systems supporting a dynamic Life Insurance client as they undergo a major IT modernization effort. Our team is responsible for recommending new changes and developing new projects within the organization. We work with other teams in close collaboration to keep the entire IT system running smoothly. A big focus of this role will be to support the client's Microsoft Dynamics 365 needs.

What you’ll do: 

• Be responsible for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation in a cloud environment.
• Act as a thought leader to our clients as it relates to software engineering and specifically .NET development.
• Be a part of a cross-functional team of ~20 people working on different aspects of our client's IT needs from infrastructure to front-end.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and other Agile ceremonies and planning sessions.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders, as well as mentor more early-career talent.

What you’ll need to succeed: 

• A minimum of 7 years of related experience and demonstrated ability working in a collaborative team environment with other developers and architects, setting priorities, and achieving results.
• .NET development experience with familiarity with C#, ASP.Net & JavaScript/jQuery.
• Experience working in on-premises, cloud, and hybrid data environments.
• SQL programming working with MS SQL Server and SSRS.
• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, and Dataverse.
