If you would like to join us, we are looking for a Sr. Account Executive that will help us continue to scale our financial advisor offering to some of the largest advisory firms nationwide.


About You:

As a Sr. Account Executive, you’re a seasoned sales professional that is consultative, proactive, and has experience managing a full sales cycle. In this role, you’ll be primarily focused on mid market to enterprise accounts. With your leadership, you’ll help us accelerate the distribution to financial advisory firms and build meaningful relationships with prospective clients. In this role, you’ll also execute top tier demos with firms and advisors to showcase how our estate planning solution helps thousands of advisors nationwide. 


You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are growth minded. You love to solve problems and are passionate about defining a sales strategy that can deliver meaningful results to the company. You have experience managing longer sales cycles, selling to C-Suite Executives and managing the full sales cycle. You’re looking for fast pace growth and love talking daily to prospects and clients. 


You’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new mid market and enterprise opportunities within the RIA and Broker Dealer space to increase our market share within the advisory space, focusing on some of the largest potential new partners. Reporting to the Head of Advisor Sales, you’ll have a direct impact on the strategy, execution and results driven by our acquisition team.

About the Role:

  • Identify leads of top potential enterprise account partners
  • Research key contacts and lead outbound sales to opportunity list 
  • Manage full sales cycle including contract negotiations and rollout plan 
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual quotas
  • Deliver high quality demos and bring a consultative approach to prospective buyers 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal business partners including leadership, member success, product, and marketing
  • Partner with sales team to bring a ‘team first’ approach to push our values and mission forward

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years in consultative sales experience
  • Proven successful experience in execution of sales strategy with meeting or exceeding quota
  • Experience selling to mid market and C-Suite
  • Excellent presentation skills and consultative sales approach
  • Experience working within the Wealth Management space
  • A deep understanding of high quality and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Positively represent our company and brand

Bonus Points for:

  • Experience working in a tech company and/or high-growth startup within the Wealth Tech space

  • Our base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000, plus commission, in addition to compensation we also include an employee equity package as a component of our offer along with other benefits and perks outlined below.
