But while there is a lot to celebrate in our past, there is almost as much opportunity ahead of us. We are seeking a Senior Accountant!

What You'll Do:

• Perform general ledger accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, SOX compliance, and other ad hoc tasks
• Execute monthly accounting close activities and complete related deliverables
• Reconciliations and conduct actual vs. actual flux analysis with an eye for detail
• Coordinate and assist with external audit requests
• Compliance with SOX requirements and maintain effective internal controls
• Support external reporting process and SEC deadlines
• Assist with technical accounting research and documentation of new policies and procedures
• Proactively identify issues, drive continuous improvement, optimize and automate processes/systems
• Assist in special projects associated with Inventory, budgets, financial metrics, etc
• System testing and provide support for implementations
• Ad hoc projects to streamline operations

The Right Fit:

• 3 - 5 years of overall accounting experience required; CPA preferred but not required
• 2+ years of Public Accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or equivalent
• GL accounting experience
• Skilled with ERP systems, experience with Netsuite is a plus
• Experience with lease accounting (under ASC 842) and fixed asset accounting is a plus
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Self-motivated team player with the capability to identify, resolve and prioritize differing business issues
• Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines
• Strong business acumen and experience working under fast paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel
• System implementation experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The base pay range for this position is $129,500 - $157,900
