Job Summary:

The Senior Accountant's primary role will be to responsible for performing aspects of financial reporting and SEC filing process. This individual has the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Great interpersonal skills, excellent English verbal and written communication skills, ability to meet deadlines, ability to follow procedures accurately, strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain fixed assets account and SAP fixed asset module - prepare journal entries for additions/depreciation/roll-forward reports
• Month End Accruals by preparing G/L Journal Entries to accrue expenses and inventory etc.
• Assist with the preparation of other financial reports at management' request
• Prepare and analyze account reconciliations.
• Prepare variance analyzes related to fixed assets
• Resolve issues with vendors, buyers and receiving dept.
• Ensure that fixed asset info is properly entered into the accounting fixed asset module.
• Prepare 10Q/10K fixed assets related footnotes
• Maintain vendors' files in the accounting system
• Lead in annual fixed asset physical counts
• Maintain effective internal controls on fixed assets, accruals and other GL areas
• Work on special projects or perform other accounting job functions as requested

Qualifications:

• B.S. or B.A. in accounting or accounting related field
• Working experience of SAP highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• At least 12 years of relevant accounting experience in publicly traded companies
• Prefer prior experience in manufacturing environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
• Excellent organization skills with multi-tasking abilities
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles

Salary Range

$103,000- $138,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
