The Position

We are seeking a Sr. Accounting Manager to join our team in Mountain View, CA. The ideal candidate will support our company growth and teams by overseeing key responsibilities:

• Owning the Financial Statements.  This includes not only preparing and distribution of the income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows, but also ensuring that they are prepared accurately and in accordance with professional standards. 
• Netsuite Administration.  In addition to being a Netsuite user, will also need to serve as the Netsuite system administrator.
• Be a key agent or leader in the implementation of business systems, procedures & processes 
• Serve as stock equity system administrator and primary contact with outside tax preparer and insurance broker 
• Manage one direct report (payroll & bookkeeping)   

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 
• 8-10+ years of combined public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and industry experience (hardware preferred) 
• Hands-on, highly detail oriented, organized, self-motivated and committed to a high level of accuracy. 
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced worked environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
• Strong MS Office (Excel) skills
• Netsuite experience
• This is a hybrid role, in person required 2-3 days/week in Mountain View, CA

• The salary range for this position is $110,000-$180,000 plus stock and benefits. Pay within the range is based on candidate experience, job-specific skills, education, and work location.
