Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist

Located in Colorado to come to the office on occasion or a hybrid schedule.

The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist role at GHX will provide you with this opportunity, and much more! We are looking for a highly organized self-directed individual who can help manage the AP e-mail in-box, enter vendor invoices and match to POs within Oracle, and communicate effectively with individuals throughout the GHX organization as well as external vendors. While Accounts Payable experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right person with a strong aptitude for learning and growth. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Timely and accurate entry of invoices across multiple operating entities
• Maintaining Accounts Payable Email inbox
• Maintaining accurate vendor banking information
• Preparing payment batches on a weekly basis
• Assisting in 1099 preparation and distribution
• Assisting with special projects as necessary

Key Competencies

• Exceptionally skilled at data entry
• Experienced in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and proactive
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in order to meet established deadlines
• Strong ethical and confidentiality standards are essential
• Ability to recognize inconsistencies and/or inefficiencies in processes, and address them constructively
• Enthusiastic team player willing to assist others when necessary

• Work with GHX front line integration, product, support, sales, and management teams
• Manage multiple projects and priorities, change priorities quickly
• Create and maintain process documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle
• Experience with multiple operating entities
• 2-4 years minimum experience

Estimated base salary range: $22/hour -$28/hour
The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX's total compensation package for employees.
