Position Summary:

BayFirst Solutions is currently seeking a Sr. Acquisition Specialist tosupport a program for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) in Washington, DC.

Minimum Qualifications / Requirements:

• Minimum of ten (10) years' experience supporting Major Acquisition Program(s) (DHS/USCG Level 1, DoD ACAT I or equivalent) in a management and program analyst role.
• Experience in DHS/USCG Level 1, DoD ACAT I or equivalent Acquisition Document development life cycle
• Experience with development of Policies and Procedures/SOP and similar document.
• Experience developing, implementing, and testing SharePoint sites and creating and managing workflows in SharePoint.
• Experience in requirements development, implementation, and testing of automated CDRL processing tools.
• Experience in the planning, developing and execution of acquisition efforts to complete acquisition related documents, internal/external business processes, contract requirements and financial requirements at all stages of an acquisition programs life cycle, in accordance within the Major Systems Acquisition Manual (MSAM)/DOD 5000 series framework.
• Proficient with MS Office products specifically Access, Project, and Visio.
