On exception we will hire in secondary locations such as District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas and Virginia. We are not actively recruiting in Colorado, Rhode Island or Washington.

Overall Purpose

This role develops and executes B2B marketing campaigns to achieve business goals and reach the right customer, with the right message, through the right channels, at the right time. He/she will develop and execute strategic inbound and outbound marketing campaigns (in partnership with product marketing and content strategy peers) to drive demand, increase coverage at existing accounts, and acquire new customers.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and optimize strategic campaign plans to stimulate measurable awareness of the value proposition(s) to meet and exceed the defined revenue goals.
  • Drive data-driven decisions and establish effective campaign frameworks, metrics, and strategies to inform the company's approach to both brand building and direct channel marketing strategies.
  • Leverage Account Based Marketing and traditional demand generation strategies to achieve business objectives and key results. Responsible for all aspects of the demand generation funnel, including measurement, effectiveness, and execution. Accountable for key metrics, including sales leads, ROI, MQLs, SQLs and other list-building and sales opportunities.
  • Influence the extended team to source and produce a variety of content types to assist sales, drive awareness, or demonstrate thought leadership and support the content calendar as needed.
  • Amplify content-centric thought leadership tactics (white papers, blog articles, videos, briefs, speaking opportunities including industry events and webinars, etc.)
  • Work in partnership with Sales leadership and Sales Enablement team to ensure tight alignment of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to execution of conferences and trade shows with emphasis on increasing awareness for assigned solutions and quality lead generation.
  • Work in partnership with collaborative marketing team to evaluate results and optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Support the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration, a related field or equivalent education/experience required.
  • A minimum of 10 years progressive experience in marketing, B2B product marketing or related experience
  • Possess a strong foundational knowledge of modern B2B marketing strategies including inbound and account-based thought leadership & lead generation marketing as well as media and analyst relations.
  • Ability to absorb complex information and synthesize to create clear and compelling communications.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and with virtual teams to drive alignment and execute initiatives.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and ability to understand and articulate the long-term market potential and persuasively communicate the business vision and opportunities for growth.
  • Proven track record of surpassing objectives and delivering exceptional results.
  • Experience with developing budgets, predicting project costs, managing vendors and agencies, and managing teams to a budget.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Pardot, and Salesforce.
  • Detailed-oriented with exemplary project management and people skills to deliver against departmental go-to-market plans.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments with concurrent deadlines.
  • Background and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Agency experience a plus
  • Financial services, risk management, internet security or technical service solutions background

Physical Requirements

Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers.
