The Sr. Actuarial Analyst is responsible for providing guidance related to product and rider accounting. This individual serves as the subject matter expert for policy administration across multiple administrative systems. The Analyst provides support for audit requests related to premiums, loans, Separate Accounts, among other requested values. This role reports to the leader of the Actuarial Administration Team.

This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN.The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage product accounting questions involving guidance, clean up, and new product accounting setup
- Act as the subject matter expert on administrative system functionality (Cyberlife, ALIS, GSYS, SLRP, etc.)
- Provide timely responses to audit requests related to multiple policy values
- Respond to questions and escalations from other areas, primarily Policy Service and Claims, related to policy values including loans, dividends, death benefits, cash values, and premiums
- Implement complex policy value adjustments related to rate class changes, face reductions, reinstatements, and other manual policy and rider changes
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of technical work experience is required
- Ability to build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to solve complex problems and cross-functionally collaborate in achieving enterprise goals
- Proven experience articulating complex data to both a technical & non-technical audience.
- Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
Salary Band: 06B
