Senior Agilist - Manager

Responsibilities
- Leading the relevant modern development events with the Cognizant and the client's Product and Technical teams.
- Partnering and supporting the product owner to guide the POD or team to success and improve value of the product.
- Being the coach and driver of the requisite ALM tool for the POD or team
- Guiding the team from legacy process to a Modern Development Process, Lean attitude, behavior and framework for building value.
- Optimizing how the different roles interact with each other to increase productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, Master's degree preferred
- 10 years of experience in executing scrum methodologies with Agile Projects or Product development work
- Background in Software Delivery / software development / Product lifecycle, methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, )
- Certified in Scrum / Kanban / SAFe such as CSM or PSM or SAFe SM - At least one Scrum Certification required from Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, Scruminc.com or SAFe
- Strong senior technical program manager.
- Able to drive the engineering team project manager who run multiple projects.
- Able to bind overall program level view.
- Work on the executive updates and integrate dependency mapping and have good control over software development life cycle data management.
- Work with technical team to validate and suggest planning gap in planning resolutions test planning release plan.
