Sr. Analyst

Dematic is hiring a Sr. Analyst to further enhance and develop the travel capabilities and processes the Global Finance Organization. The position will work with our Global travel tools and the regional organizations to effectively forecast and analyze financial travel to improve visibility into spend and internal controls.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop best practices to streamline local and regional reporting processes
• Develop reports and analyze travel expenses to enhance budgeting and forecasting, in addition to identifying area for cost reduction
• Identify efficiency travel reimbursement process through global automation/standardization to improved speed, accuracy, and internal controls
• Assist with the implementation and drive adoption of Concur Expense and Corporate Card program
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in support of position objectives
• Address ad hoc reporting queries

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of progressive global Accounting or Finance experience
• Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Finance)
• Concur experience preferred
• Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and quickly react to changing priorities
• Provencommunication and team-building skills are essential
• Willing to travel 25% nationally and internationally
• Proficiency in ERP/EPM suites (Oracle/SAP), Concur, and Microsoft office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 365, etc.)
