The Impact You Will Make
We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Back End Analytics who will be instrumental in standardizing and deploying reporting assets for our Finance Accounting team, and working with the Logistics team to understand the 'who, what, and whys' of our business - working cross-functionally to dig into trends and surface value-creating opportunities . The Finance team is the analytical engine of the company - we surface data-driven insights that drive strategy and optimal decision making for the leaders across the organization.

• Monitor and report on KPIs and business drivers, highlighting trends and investigating underlying causes of discrepancies for the senior leadership teams and stakeholders (Accounting, Legal, Logistics)
• Build, Deploy and maintain a connected ecosystem of dashboards and reports across multiple different platforms (SSRS, Tableau, Redash)
• Work with Accounting and Finance key stakeholders to transform requirements into actionable reports, aligning data sources and investigate when discrepancies arise
• Partner with the Data League to ensure reporting tables address the needs of the business
• Maintain a 'Source of Truth' for financial metrics
• Be curious! Proactively surface insights and trends that improve our customer experience and data, and help us grow faster!

What You Bring to the Table

• 4+ years of experience in a Data/BI role
• SQL Savvy: Ability to write and execute complex SQL queries joining multiple tables and utilizing complex functions
• Proven track record of successful dashboard development and adoption by business users
• Strong familiarity with data warehouse environments (e.g., AWS and Presto)
• Ability to balance speed and accuracy - we work quickly but thoughtfully
• Nimble mindset - our business is growing and evolving quickly, you'll need to too!
• Flexible and collaborative approach to problem-solving with stakeholders
• Experience reporting on financial data a plus
• Experience working in a fast-moving e-commerce or other consumer internet company is a plus
