Title : Sr.Analyst, Business and Technical Writing

Role Description:
Business Analyst/Technical Writer will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. They will work with stakeholders and requesters to document requirements, processes, procedures, and products. Their deliverables will follow a review process and version control requirements.
The successful candidate will work directly with project managers to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and timeline. They must have the ability to evaluate and analyze complex information and communicate it in a way for all job functions to understand it.
Core Responsibilities:

• Research, outline, write, and edit content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements
• Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
• Work with development and support leads to identify documentation repositories, revise, edit, and determine best solutions for data compilation and centralized storage
• Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that adhere to organizational and legal standards and allow for easy data migration
• Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with consistent voice across all documentation
• Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement
• Work with stakeholders and management to gather details to document the essentials for easy-to-understand documentation for the assigned subject
• Work with stakeholders and team members to create Project requirements
• Ensure change management practices are followed for any changes to the requirements or objectives
• Assist project manager with administrative tasks and meeting facilitation
• Assist in gathering estimations, etc. for project plan creation
• Document and distribute new or revised processes and procedures that result from project efforts
• Be a strong team player that will build positive and collaborative relationships

What we're looking for:

• Minimum of 3 years of business analyst, technical writer, or related experience
• Healthcare related knowledge is preferred, not required
• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences
• Demonstrated ability to work tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple research projects
• Knowledge of business requirement gathering processes and use cases
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to complete deliverables according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• US work authorization
