Job Description
The Asset Management Business Intelligence & Client Analytics team uses data to optimize distribution and marketing strategies for the $1TN AUM Asset Management business. The team oversees the entire data lifecycle, from acquisition to analytics to delivery and measurement of increased ROI and sales growth.
As part of this broader group, the Marketing Enablement and Personalization team's mission is to create data capabilities to drive marketing journeys for our clients across various platforms. This ranges from leading data and platform architecture, developing Product of Interest models, curating data-led email journeys, and serving as a thought leader in the marketing data space. The team works closely with marketing stakeholders at all levels of the business in order to bring these strategies to life through a first-principles approach both on the business outcomes and the technical implementation fronts.
We are looking for a multi-talented, high-energy individual that will help create, coordinate and execute on our strategic priorities across analytics, marketing, and technology. Our ideal candidate would have:
- Coding experience (Python, Pyspark and SQL)
- Familiarity and comfort with marketing initiatives, Data Management Platforms (DMP), and Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
- Experience and affinity for working with recommendation systems and large data sets
- Strong project management skills
- A pragmatic view of the role of data in a business environment
- Strong intellectual curiosity
- Digital and Marketing experience

The responsibilities of this role will include:
- Lead analytical and modeling projects to create personalized recommendations for clients at scale
- Guide the data and marketing organizations on infrastructure and data architecture necessary for personalization
- Design marketing segments for use across various channels and constantly evolve the attributes included based on maturity and business need
- Lead stakeholder management from ideation through execution and measurement of success
- Allocate dedicated software engineer development efforts across all marketing personalization initiatives
- Present to senior stakeholders across the business on both the approach to, and value of marketing personalization
Skills/Competencies Required:
Competencies
- 6+ years in marketing analytics
- 2+ year coding in Python and SQL
- 3+ year experience with digital marketing
- Experience with marketing data platforms (CDP, DMP)
- Experience with recommendation systems
- Financial services experience, asset management preferred
Skills
- Comfort in working flexibly and iteratively with large sets of data
- Applying a practical analytic lens to identify key insights
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and/or other common project and business communication software
- Functional in Python and well versed in SQL
- Modeling acumen
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, requirements and timelines by utilizing problem-solving skills
- Proactive communications and positive attitude to manage stakeholder satisfaction
