Our local Phoenix office is seeking a talented Sr. Operations Analyst to support internal sales and operation functions.

What You'll Do

Utilize internal business systems to assist accounts in day-to-day management

• Act as a liaison between business leaders and IT or Finance teams to identify and resolve issues with engagement setup, time entry, and billing, etc.
• Maintain compliance with client policies, perform internal financial analysis including budgeting, forecasting, and cost variance analysis.
• Research complex questions and troubleshoot engagement, invoicing, or other issues
• Assist with the forecasting processes and monthly finance reviews
• Manage burn rate reporting and periodic account/industry-specific reporting and analysis
• Create/Update business reports leveraging PowerBI
• Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Anaplan, and advanced PowerBI and Excel skills needed
• Assist account leaders with identifying, obtaining, tracking, and managing engagement/project details.
• Become and serve as a SME in client operations and logistics and Slalom corporate services
• Meet with procurement regularly and track all contract details

• 3+ years of professional work experience
• Strong accounting knowledge
• Excellent analysis skills, and ability to focus on detail and accuracy
• Strong technology skills, and the proven ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Positive, relationship-oriented attitude and communication style
• Ability to work across teams in the organization and support multiple departments and business leaders
• Ability to respond creatively and flexibly to issues, change, and high growth
