Sr. Analyst, Collections Strategy
Job Description
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Avant’s Collections Strategy framework to ensure operational readiness and responsiveness to customer support needs.
Support Avant’s efforts to identify, analyze, and monitor collections strategy effectiveness and resilience.
Prepare, analyze, and summarize various weekly, monthly, and periodic operational results for use by various key stakeholders, creating reports, specifications, instructions, and flowcharts
Collaborate with key stakeholders across lines of business to improve, execute, and effectively communicate significant analyses that identify meaningful trends and opportunities across the business
Conduct full lifecycle of analytics projects, including pulling, manipulating, and exporting data from project requirements documentation to design and execution
Evaluate key performance indicators, provide ongoing reports, and recommend business plan updates
Participate in regular meetings with management, assessing and addressing issues to identify and implement improvements toward efficient collections operations
Facilitate meetings with business partners and support program reporting

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Liberal Arts, or a related field or equivalent years of experience
2+ years of experience on projects within a complex business environment preferred
Advanced Excel skills required
1+ years of experience with SQL preferred
