Sr. Analyst, Compliance
As the Sr. Analyst, Compliance position reports to the Chief Compliance Officer. If selected for this role, you will have the opportunity to support Strive Health's efforts to remain in compliance and help Strive Health achieve its Mission.Ā
Essential Functions
- Perform compliance training development, assignment, and tracking
- Monitor employees and vendors for OIG/State exclusions
- Complete investigation intake and management
- Respond to questions about compliance policies and/or the compliance program
- Oversee compliance monitoring and auditing activities
- Implement policies, systems, or controls to reduce riskĀ
- Educate employees aboutĀ Compliance rules and requirementsĀ
- Manage compliance communications
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, or associateās degree with equivalent experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of corporate work environment experience
- 2+ Computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel
- 2+ years of healthcare compliance experience, including basic familiarity with Fraud, Waste and AbuseĀ regulations, andĀ theĀ sevenĀ elements for an effective compliance program
- Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms

Annual Salary Range: $72,800.00-$88,300.00
