Sr. Analyst CPFR Walmart

Job Details:

SUMMARY: 

This position works with the Walmart poultry team and customer replenishment. Responsible for managing Walmart day-to-day Store/DC inventory and replenishment opportunities. Other responsibilities include: 

• Partner with replenishment manager to manage in-stock levels, Store/DC inventory, and replenishment execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team on sales forecast, store realignments, distribution changes, and modular updates
• Work with Customer Service team to ensure order accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitoring and reporting Wal-Mart's inventory positions, orders vs. forecast, and OTIF performance.
• Identify and resolve any replenishment opportunities, ensuring seamless product availability.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customer and internal stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Other duties as assigned, occasional after-hours work as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience, Food/Consumer products and/or Walmart/Club experience preferred.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office/Office 365 (Excel, Power BI, Word, Power Point). Experience in Walmart systems (Retail Link, Luminate, Nova, Item 360, Supplier ONE) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively in person and writing. Ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and strong analytical/problem solving skills.
