Under general direction, the Senior Anayst oversees the establishment, maintenance, and advancement of current and proposed Data Governance efforts for Risk Analytics and Data Services (RADS). Provide support and consultation to partners regarding Data Governance and Quality best practices.

Major Duties• Lead, facilitate, and document standing Data Governance Working Group discussions• Advance and maintain Data Governance Program documentation• Assist in the development of Data Quality Rules/Scorecards• Analyze and solution Data Governance or Quality issues, taking into account multiple stakeholder perspectives and requirements• Manage multiple Data Governance or Quality tasks simultaneously, both inside and outside of the Credit Risk data space• Report on project progress, Data Governance Working group actions, and other activities• Review regulatory documents and reporting instructions to inform Data Governance actions• Support the implementation of various applications, data warehouses, and data governance tools• Support ad hoc data governance, quality, or analytics effort for RADS or Risk Management

Knowledge/Skills• Strong knowledge of lending practices and risk management. • Problem solver able to facilitate solutions amongst multiple stakeholders and succinctly present findings. • Detailed oriented, persistent, and intellectually curious. • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. SQL skills, Project Management experience, and previous work with Loan Data or in Master Data Management is a plus. • Knowledge of Data Governance best practices and related tools is recommended.

Experience Required

A College or University degree and 5-7 years of work experience in Data Governance, Risk Management, or Compliance.
