What You'll Bring:

• 1 to 3 years of experience working as an insurance professional, specifically in areas of Specialty, Property and Casualty, and related lines of coverages.
• Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, actuarial sciences, finance, accounting or other related fields.
• Experience with both United States and global (specifically foreign locals) insurance procurement, placement and / or management.
• Support Insurance Director and attorneys in legal department relating to insurance claim management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to think innovatively and identifying new ways to improve efficiency.
• Advanced level experience using Excel (including use of Pivot tables), Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Strong personal work ethic to ensure tasks are achieved on time.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Insurance and Risk teams,
• Ability to engage in teamwork, and develop good working relationships.
• Organized with high attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and manage expectations effectively to complete projects quickly, efficiently and on time.
• Demonstrated initiative, independent thinking and creative problem solving.
• Engaging personality with a positive outlook.
• Support attorneys in the legal department and Enterprise Insurance Risk Management team.

We'd love to see:

• Collaborative, team-focused individual who can reach across the organization to effect change.
• Outstanding organizational and communication (both written and verbal) skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of core P&C insurance principles.
• Contract review experience is a plus
• Experience with Legal Tracker and other internal software a plus
• FCRA federal statute and federal court familiarity a plus
• Hybrid: Chicago Preferred

Impact You'll Make:

• Support in the global procurement and management of Insurance for TransUnion.
• Coordinate global insurance consolidation efforts to include coverage placement and implementation of processes.
• Coordinate pre and post renewal documentation management and delivery.
• Works closely with Insurance Director and legal department to provide support and analysis of potential insurance claims.
• Management of various processes including invoicing, wire transfers, and experience with Coupa a plus.
• Managing insurance certificate.
• Coordinate special projects and take lead on managing Open Items.
• Assist and coordinate local office property insurance inspections.
