Sr. Analyst, FP&A

Grow your career as a Senior Analyst FP&A within ALG Vacations, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you will serve as a partner to the Manager of Vacations Channel Finance, assisting in the forecasting and reporting, in both GAAP and Management reporting natures, as well as policy / commercial analyses. This position has exposure to internal stakeholders and the work compiled directly drives decision making at the leadership level.

A successful Senior Analyst FP&A will:

• Support both management and gaap margin budget and forecasting inputs, strategic analysis support, and direct channel OPEX forecasting.
• Assist in variance analysis of monthly/quarterly/year-end financial statements, and kpi consolidation.
• Responsible for assisting in analysis of P&L drivers and variance analysis.
• Assist in monthly production of the P&L for Charter and Groups .
• Provide input in the decision-making process for business strategy, commercial agreements, and other ad-hoc projects.
• Participate in the development, management, and maintenance of the next generation reporting tools.
• Ad-hoc commercial policy and agent incentive modeling.

A successful Senior Analyst FP&A will have:

• Undergraduate degree in finance/accounting
• MBA is a plus
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel, ability to create macros is a plus
• 2-5 years of FP&A experience
