Sr. Analyst, FP&A

Summary/objective:

The Senior FP&A Analyst will provide effective finance business partnering support to Finance and Commercial stakeholders. Responsibilities include assisting with financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, preparing projections, and performing research and analysis.

• Build and prepare monthly financial reporting package
• Analyze financial statements and reports
• Provide Finance partnership to functional departments (monthly budget variance analysis, identify opportunities and risks)
• Developing financial projections and building financial models
• Support forecasting and planning process
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting / forecasting
• Ad hoc business analysis / reporting for the Executive Leadership team

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, with experience in financial planning, analysis, and financial modeling
• Strong ability for analysis, solution design, and documentation
• Analytical and strong organizational skills with excellent verbal and written ability
• Excellent leadership skills
• Ability to learn quickly and to creatively solve new problems
• Outstanding communication abilities
• Expertise in Excel (ability to analyze from multiple data sets)
• Understanding of ERP systems.

Work environment

• This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.

Physical demands

• Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech, and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
