The company also operates AMC Studios, our in-house studio, production, and distribution operation behind acclaimed and fan-favorite originals including The Walking Dead Universe and the Anne Rice Immortal Universe, and AMC Networks International, our international programming business.

We are currently seeking a Sr. Analyst - FP&A to join our Global Financial Planning & Analysis team based in our New York, New York Headquarters.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Support the Financial processes of the Marketing team, including expense tracking, budget management, and monthly forecasting and reporting
• Process and code invoices and ensure timely payment. Partner with internal accounting, accounts payable and external partners regarding payment status
• Reconcile media plans and review all media billing against contracts and/or forecasts
• Month-end close process, including preparation and review of accruals, partnering with accounting to confirm booking, and reviewing monthly financials with marketing leadership
• Various analysis and ad hoc reporting as required

QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred) 

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in working in a marketing department or in the media and entertainment industry is preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel
• Proficiency in Oracle Essbase, Oracle Planning and Oracle EBS is a plus. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, problem solve and effectively prioritize one's workload

The base compensation range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 commensurate with experience.
