Sr. Analyst (Fraud Product Management)
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sr. Analyst to join our team. As a Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing product performance, managing vendor communications and identifying fraudulent activities that may harm the business. You will work closely with various teams, including risk management, product development, and customer support to ensure that our products and rules are secure and performing optimally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor product performance and investigate any anomalies or suspicious activities
• Develop and implement fraud detection and prevention strategies
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in our products
• Analyze fraud trends and patterns to continuously improve detection and prevention strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement fraud prevention processes and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in fraud tactics
• Report findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in fraud management, risk management, or product management
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify patterns and trends
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Experience with financial services and payments industry is preferred
