The Global Lounge Experiences team is part of Travel & Lifestyle Services (TLS) within the US Consumer & Global Premium Services organization and is responsible for delivering best-in-class airport and lounge experiences for our global customer base.
The Sr. Analyst of Global Lounge Marketing Strategy & Activation will play a key role in shaping marketing and PR efforts for the Global Lounge Collection, an industry-leading network of over 1,400 airport lounges worldwide, including American Express' flagship Centurionยฎ Lounges. The Sr. Analyst will also be responsible for strengthening cross-functional partnership with product and benefit owners globally to enhance marketing claims and processes to ensure the best possible customer experience at every touchpoint.
In addition to redefining Global Lounge marketing, the Sr. Analyst will also support pop up activation efforts to bring the lounge experience to life outside of the airport, such as American Express' Centurion Lounge Suite at the US Open. They will need to have excellent relationship-building skills, adaptability and proven results implementing complex projects in a matrixed organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own all Global Lounge Collection terms & conditions, leading marketing approvals and updates to digital content to drive competitive differentiation, Card Member engagement and industry leadership
- Collaborate with global product and marketing teams to develop leading lounge content across below-the-line marketing channels, social and PR
- Act as primary point of contact with compliance and legal partners as needed to drive adherence to all applicable rules and regulations
- Partner closely with Manager on strategy and execution of new and existing experiential activations to increase the Global Lounge Collection's overall impact
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of professional marketing or PR experience
- Upbeat self-starter and quick learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment with the ability to deliver innovative ideas
- Positive relationship builder and fantastic collaborator with a "can do" attitude
- Stellar organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to analyze and present information to drive business results
- Clear and confident communicator with strong influencing skills to successfully partner across many teams
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
