As PetIQ’ s Revenue and Trade Analyst, you will be tasked with managing the Trade/Promo/Rebate processes within the sales organization, working closely in partnership with the Sales Reps, Sales Support Team, the Accounting/Finance teams, along with Internal Audit and external auditors. In this role, you will manage the trade tool, CPG Toolbox, using this tool to oversee the process controls, set up customer accruals, and analyze the returns on trade and promotions. You will also assist in recommending future changes to how trade spend is managed to help leverage the maximum returns in the PetIQ promotional trade spend programs.
 
On the revenue side of the business, you will help oversee the product division forecasting process, working to develop a 30, 60, 90-day view of the product division forecast.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the billings and collections with our distributed product supplier for trade promo, rebate, and other reimbursements for the supplier’s distributed portfolio of products.

  • Take a leading role in the annual budgeted process for Sales related to the product division revenue and margins, in conjunction with the Director of Sales Support and Analytics.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in a data driven analytical role. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in working with forecasting, budgeting, trade/promo management
  • Experience in working with Sales or Merchandising teams
  • Highly competent written communication skills, including in drafting, editing, and sending email correspondence. 

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
